Illinois Together is a member benefit program created by IASBO (Illinois Association of School Business Officials) to bring value and efficiency to its members. IASBO member schools can turn their upcoming bids into Illinois Together contracts for the benefit of the association and their peers.

Below, browse already competitively awarded contracts that other districts have made available for you to use. That's right, with the Illinois Governmental Joint Purchasing Act, 30 ILCS 525, all schools districts are able to utilize procurements bid by other public entities. Come back soon as new contracts are awarded frequently.

There are no costs to participate in Illinois Together. Once you find a great contract that will save you time and money, sign the MICPA here, and then connect with the vendor directly, letting them know you'd like the Illinois Together contract pricing.

How it works - get started here!

1.) Find an Illinois Together contract that benefits your district.

2) Contact the Service Associate (company representative) listed on the “Contact Information” tab to get a quote based off the Illinois Together contract pricing. If you already have a signed Master Intergovernmental Cooperative Purchasing Agreement (MICPA) on file with Bespoke Community, skip to Step 5.

3) Get Board Approval to sign the MICPA. If this is the first time your agency will use an Illinois Together contract, click here for a draft of an email and letter for your Board Packet to gain approval to use this cooperative’s contracts.

4) Once board approved sign the MICPA here (you only need to do this once for all contracts supported on the Bespoke website!).

5) Send a Purchase Order to the company you’re buying from with reference to the contract or create your own contract referencing the Illinois Together specific contract name/number.
